The guarantee amount is held in a Raiffeisen savings account for the full duration of your rental agreement. - Enjoy your new accommodation
Your landlord has the required guarantee, while the amount in the savings account accumulates interest. - Get your deposit back at the end of the lease
When your rental agreement ends, the guarantee may be released upon presentation of a letter from your landlord, in accordance with the terms set out in your lease agreement.
