Depending on your circumstances and requirements, you can choose one of the following two solutions.
Rental guarantee insurance with a deposit
You set up your rental guarantee insurance with a deposit held in a savings account. Your money is blocked in a Raiffeisen savings account and earns interest throughout the term of your tenancy agreement.
This solution may be suitable if you already have the necessary savings and would like to earn interest on them while meeting your landlord’s requirements.
Rental guarantee insurance without a deposit
Subject to certain conditions*, Banque Raiffeisen can act as guarantor for your landlord, without you having to tie up your savings.
This gives you greater flexibility to cover the costs associated with moving in and starting your professional life.
Need a helping hand?
You may be eligible for government assistance to finance your rental guarantee insurance contract. Applications can be submitted online through the Ministry of Housing’s one-stop shop for housing assistance.
Once you have received the ministerial authorisation letter, give it to your Raiffeisen advisor, who can process your application and guide you through the necessary steps.
