A more secure way to access R-Net

Log in to R-Net from your computer and enter your usual credentials.

The LuxTrust QR code is displayed on the screen of your computer.

Open the LuxTrust Mobile app on your smartphone and scan the QR code.

Confirm the request in the LuxTrust Mobile app. Your login is validated.

Before you start, always make sure that you are on the official Banque Raiffeisen website before logging in to R-Net from your computer.
Select the LuxTrust Mobile device.
Enter your LuxTrust UserID and password.
Open the LuxTrust Mobile app and select the “Scanner” option at the bottom right of the screen.
Scan the QR code.
After reviewing the transaction you are about to approve, confirm it by clicking “Accept”.
A one-time password (OTP) will then be displayed and must be entered on the R-Net screen.
Please enter all 8 digits without spaces.

Step-by-step video guide

Login validation on your computer is now performed using a QR code.

You will no longer receive a LuxTrust push notification to log in to R-Net on a computer.

Your R-Net Mobile app remains unchanged.

Online card payments are not affected.

Your usual LuxTrust credentials remain the same.

No new application is required.
